BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE

As a German native with undergraduate and graduate degrees from Germany and the United States, I come with native fluency in both, German and English. I have worked in both of these languages as a professional translator, interpreter, and writer.

My translations encompass book projects and articles in fiction (including poetry) and nonfiction, as well as technical manuals, contracts, and corporate agreements. I also edit projects in both languages for publication in trade and academic outlets.
